We are kicking off the new year with a brand new Quick Ship program on our most popular styles! Here are the details:
- Quick Ship only applies to specific styles and trims
- No customization is allowed on Quick Ship items including changes to dimensions, skirts, tufting, nail trim, etc.
- The clock starts ticking once we have received a confirmed order, deposit and all COM (Release Date). Items will be ready to ship within 6 weeks not including holiday weeks (July 4 and Christmas)
- If we’ve learned anything from these past years we have learned to include an asterisk that says “not including delays caused by medical crisis such as pandemics or company wide illness nor to any activities outside of our control such as power failure, physical plant failures, significant weather events, etc.
- Quick Ship timelines do not include time in transit / shipping and handling.
- Quick Ship applies to 8 or fewer frames of one design. Each additional 8 frames will be assigned a Release Date 2 weeks after the first 8 assuming COM and Deposit are received at the same time.
The following styles are included in the initial Quick Ship program:
Savannah I Chair – either fixed or with ring swivel
Katharine I Chair and Katharine Settee
Laney I Chair – either fixed or with ring swivel
Cornwallis and Caldwell Upholstered Beds, King and Queen Sizes Only – with or without channel detail
Kennedy I Dining Chair
